Held already for the 23rd time in Kortrijk, Interieur2012 – the oldest design fair in Europe is a must-go for design-conscious architects, planners and interior designers from the Benelux countries and the world – offered the perfect environment for serien.lighting to present the collection with new products such as SML LED or TWIN.
What distinguishes Interieur is its mix of furniture and lighting manufacturers, newcomers and established brands as well as the laid-back vibe of the Belgians. The exhibition was accompanied by events in off-locations, parties and award ceremonies.
The 9-day week of the fair was a great success.
Our stand amidst over 300 top exhibitors: a highlight at the fair landscape. An installation of nine PROPELLERS turning at different speeds, heights and light intensities took care of the right climate and atmosphere, accompanied by a wall covered with red POPPY chandeliers showing what serien.lighting is all about: the play of light and form, the fusion of technical sophistication and multi-functionality, dynamics and the highest standards of design and material. Thereof, we were happy to convince architects, dealers and private visitors.
The Benelux countries represent an emerging market for serien.lighting that we approach especially with our minimalist design. The positive feedback and the suggestions of the fair now find expression in our work in Frankfurt, where a lot is going to happen until the next interior in two years!
