On 7 November 2024, the jury awarded our SLICE² PI Ceiling luminaire the prestigious Focus Open Gold design prize in the Lighting category. Jean-Marc da Costa accepted the Designcenter Baden-Württemberg award from Director Christiane Nicolaus from State Secretary Dr Patrick Rapp in Stuttgart that evening.

Jury statement:
This wall-mounted model joins the company’s growing luminaire family, offering a versatile option alongside their table, ceiling, and floor models.
The sleek frame format is retained, but this time the frame functions as the luminaire thanks to the replaceable 12-watt LED module cleverly in-tegrated into the unit. Despite its compact dimensions – it protrudes a mere 120 millimetres into the room – the wall light delivers a light output of up to 1470 lumens. A frosted glass cover ensures glare-free illumina-tion when used as an uplight or a downlight.
Due consideration has been given to ease of installation. You simply attach the adapter to the wall and plug in the electronics and luminaire.
The connections are made automatically.
